مسؤول إيراني: لم نسع إلى التفاوض مع أمريكا خلال الأسبوعين الماضيين

(CNN)– قبل ساعات من شن طهران هجمات صاروخية على قواعد أمريكية في الأردن، قال مسؤول إيراني رفيع المستوى، إن بلاده لم تسعَ إلى إجراء مفاوضات مع الولايات المتحدة خلال الأسبوعين الماضيين، ولن تتخلى عن سيطرتها على مضيق هرمز.

كان الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترامب كان قد صرّح بأن إيران “تسعى بشدة إلى التفاوض”، لكن نائب وزير الخارجية الإيراني، كاظم غريب آبادي، رسم صورة مختلفة تمامًا في مقابلة تلفزيونية إيرانية مساء الثلاثاء.
