مسئول جنوب أفريقي: تعبئة الموارد المحلية ضرورة لاستقلالية اقتصاد القارة

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

تمثل تعبئة الموارد المحلية أولوية استراتيجية للدول الأفريقية لتعزيز استقلاليتها الاقتصادية وتقليل الاعتماد على التمويل الخارجي.
تتطلب تحقيق هذه الأهداف قيادة مؤسسية قوية تركز على بناء مؤسسات كفؤة لخدمة المواطنين وتحقيق نتائج تنموية ملموسة.
تختلف التحديات الضريبية في أفريقيا باختلاف الهياكل الاقتصادية لكل دولة مما يستوجب تحديد أولويات الإصلاح الخاصة بكل دولة.
يساهم التعاون بين الإدارات الضريبية الأفريقية في مواجهة التحديات العابرة للحدود مثل الاقتصاد الرقمي والتدفقات المالية الدولية.

قال نغوبانى ماخوبو، رئيس مفوضية الإيرادات الضريبية بجنوب أفريقيا، إن تعبئة الموارد المحلية تمثل أولوية استراتيجية للدول الأفريقية، باعتبارها ركيزة أساسية لتعزيز قدرتها على تمويل احتياجاتها التنموية اعتماداً على قوة اقتصاداتها ومؤسساتها، وتقليل الاعتماد على مصادر التمويل الخارجية. وأضاف، خلال كلمته في الاجتماعات السنوية لمنتدى الإدارات الضريبية الأفريقية لعام 2026 بالقاهرة، أن مستقبل القارة يرتبط […]
