أكدت النائبة هالة الجراح أن استهداف كنيسة حمود في الكرك يمثل عملا ظلاميا يهدف لضرب النسيج الوطني.
أعلن الملك عبد الله الثاني مواجهة العمل الإرهابي بأشد العقوبات مؤكدا أن محاولات النيل من وحدة الأردنيين لن تنجح.
أسفر إطلاق مسلحين مجهولين النار داخل الكنيسة عن سقوط 6 قتلى و28 مصابا.
تتابع الجهات الأمنية الأردنية الحادثة وتعمل على ملاحقة الأشخاص المتورطين في إطلاق النار.

أكدت النائبة هالة الجراح، مساعدة رئيس مجلس النواب الأردني، أن الهجوم الإرهابي الذي استهدف كنيسة حمود في محافظة الكرك أثناء مراسم تشييع جنازة يمثل عملا ظلاميا وشنيعا، يستهدف ضرب النسيج الوطني الأردني ووحدته التاريخية الصلبة.
