مساعد رئيس الوزراء: التنسيق مع الصندوق السيادي لاعتماد القيمة العادلة لأسهم شركة مصر لتأمينات الحياة

يجري التنسيق مع الصندوق السيادي لاعتماد القيمة العادلة لأسهم شركة مصر لتأمينات الحياة.
تستعد الشركة لطرح أسهمها في البورصة قبل منتصف ديسمبر وإقامة احتفالية لبدء تداولها.
يتابع وزير الاستثمار ملف طرح شركة مصر لتأمينات الحياة بشكل شخصي.
تأتي هذه الخطوة ضمن برنامج الطروحات الذي تنفذه وحدة الشركات المملوكة للدولة.

أعلن الدكتور هاشم السيد، مساعد رئيس الوزراء أنّ، التنسيق يجري حاليًا مع الصندوق السيادي لاعتماد القيمة العادلة أو منهجية القيمة العادلة لأسهم شركة مصر لتأمينات الحياة، تمهيدًا لطرحها قبل منتصف ديسمبر، وإقامة احتفالية لبدء تداول أسهمها في البورصة، على غرار ما جرى مع بنك القاهرة. وأعرب السيد، عن فخره بالجهود التي بذلتها وحدة الشركات المملوكة.
