أكد السفير عمر أبو عيش، مساعد وزير الخارجية الأسبق للعلاقات الاقتصادية الدولية، أن المعادلة الأفريقية لم تعد تقتصر على خفض الرسوم الجمركية، وإنما أصبحت ترتبط بكيفية جعل عبور الحدود أقل تكلفة وأكثر سرعة وقابلية للتنبؤ، موضحًا أن الرسوم الجمركية تمثل جزءًا فقط من منظومة العلاقات التجارية. وأوضح «أبو عيش»، خلال مداخلة عبر الإنترنت مع الإعلامية.
