“مسك” توزع 6.4 مليون دولار أرباحاً نقدية عن النصف الثاني من 2026

قرر مجلس إدارة شركة مسك توزيع أرباح نقدية بقيمة 6.4 مليون دولار عن النصف الثاني من عام 2026.
تبلغ حصة السهم الواحد من التوزيعات 0.16 دولار، وهو ما يمثل 6% من قيمته الاسمية.
تستحق الأرباح للمساهمين المقيدين في سجلات الشركة بنهاية تداول 6 ديسمبر 2026.
يبدأ توزيع الأرباح النقدية على 40 مليون سهم مستحق في تاريخ 17 ديسمبر 2026.

قرر مجلس إدارة شركة الشرق الأوسط للكابلات المتخصصة “مسك” بتاريخ 3 نوفمبر الحالي توزيع أرباح نقدية على المساهمين عن النصف الثاني من عام 2026، بإجمالي 6.4 مليون دولار (24 مليون ريال).

وأفادت الشركة في بيان على “تداول السعودية” اليوم الثلاثاء بأن عدد الأسهم المستحقة للتوزيعات يبلغ 40 مليون سهم، وتبلغ حصة السهم من التوزيع 0.16 دولار (0.60 ريال)، ما يمثل 6% من القيمة الاسمية للسهم.

ومن المقرر أن تكون أحقية الأرباح للمساهمين بنهاية تداول 6 ديسمبر 2026 والمقيدين بسجلات الشركة لدى شركة مركز إيداع الأوراق المالية (إيداع) بنهاية ثاني يوم تداول يلي تاريخ الاستحقاق، على أن يبدأ التوزيع في 17 من الشهر ذاته.
