مشروبات الطاقة والكافيين تهدد قلوب الشباب.. تحذير من مضاعفات خطيرة

كشفت نتائج بحثية عن مخاطر صحية جسيمة لقلب الشباب بسبب استهلاك مشروبات الطاقة والكافيين.
سجلت التقارير ارتفاع حالات توقف القلب المفاجئ بنحو 11 مرة والنوبات القلبية بنحو 4.5 مرة لدى مستخدمي هذه المنتجات.
تتفاوت كميات الكافيين في المشروبات والمكملات الغذائية بشكل كبير حيث قد تصل لثلاثة أضعاف القهوة أو اثني عشر ضعفاً.
أكد الباحثون على أهمية قراءة الملصقات الغذائية والوعي بمخاطر الإفراط في تناول المنبهات لتجنب المضاعفات القلبية.

كشفت نتائج بحثية حديثة عن مخاوف متزايدة بشأن تأثير مشروبات الطاقة والكافيين على صحة القلب، بعد تسجيل ارتفاع في معدلات الإبلاغ عن مضاعفات قلبية خطيرة مرتبطة بهذه المنتجات، وذلك خلال الاجتماع السنوي لجمعية القلب الأمريكية.
