مشروع قانون المحاماة المثير للجدل يصل الخميس إلى مجلس النواب في إطار قراءة ثانية

أعلن رئيس لجنة العدل والتشريع وحقوق الإنسان والحريات بمجلس النواب، عن اجتماع اللجنة يوم الخميس 2 يوليوز 2026 على الساعة الثانية عشرة زوالا، بغرض دراسة مشروع القانون رقم 66.23 المتعلق بتنظيم مهنة المحاماة، وذلك في إطار القراءة الثانية بعد إحالته من مجلس المستشارين.

ووفق الإعلان الصادر عن رئيس اللجنة، فإن الاجتماع، الذي سيعقد بالقاعة المغربية بمجلس النواب، سيتضمن أيضا:

البت في التوصيات المقدمة بشأن تقرير رئاسة النيابة العامة برسم سنة 2024. وكذا البت في التوصيات المقدمة بشأن التقرير السنوي لمؤسسة وسيط المملكة برسم سنة 2024.

ويأتي هذا الاجتماع في وقت عملت جمعية هيئات المحامين على تصعيد موقفها بخوض إضراب في المحاكم وتنظيم وقفة احتجاجية أمام البرلمان، للضغط لسحب تعديلات على مشروع القانون تم إدخالها في مجلس المستشارين.
