مصر تستهدف خفض نسبة السكان تحت خط الفقر إلى 30% في هذا الموعد

تسعى مصر لخفض نسبة السكان تحت خط الفقر إلى 30% من السكان بنهاية العام المالي 2029-2030 مقابل 33% في 2021-2022.

كما تستهدف مصر خفض نسبة من هم تحت خط الفقر المدقع إلى 4.5% في العام المالي 2026-2027 ثم إلى 4.2% في 2029-2030.

وتوقعت وزارة التخطيط والتنمية الاقتصادية تسجيل صافي الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر 10 مليارات دولار خلال العام المالي الحالي.

ومن المستهدف زيادة صافي الاستثمارات إلى 12 مليار دولار العام المالي المقبل لترتفع تدريجياً إلى 25 مليار دولار بنهاية 2029-2030.

كما تسعى مصر لزيادة احتياطيات النقد الأجنبي إلى 55 مليار دولار بنهاية يونيو 2030، مقابل 52.8 مليار دولار بنهاية مارس 2026، وفق بيانات خطة التنمية الاقتصادية.

وتخطط مصر لزيادة تحويلات المصريين بالخارج إلى 38 مليار دولار على الأقل في العام المالي المقبل، وترتفع المستهدفات في السيناريو الطموح إلى 42 مليار دولار، ومن المستهدف الوصول إلى 42 مليار دولار في 2029-2030 في السيناريو المتحفظ و48 مليار دولار في السيناريو الطموح.

وسجلت تحويلات المصريين بالخارج 36.5 مليار دولار في 2024-2025، ومن المتوقع وصولها إلى 37 مليار دولار العام المالي الحالي.

وتعتمد الحكومة المصرية على 4 محفزات لإنجاح الخطة تشمل تبسيط ورقمنة التحويلات وخفض رسوم التحويل، والترويج لفرص الاستثمار واستحداث أوعية ادخارية، ومواصلة طرح شهادات ادخار بفائدة تتجاوز 20%، والتوسع في إتاحة القروض الشخصية.
