مطالب بتوسيع مظلة دعم أسر الشهداء.. ونواب يوافقون مبدئياً على تعديل القانون

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

  • وافق نواب مجلس النواب مبدئياً على مشروع قانون بتعديل أحكام صندوق تكريم شهداء وضحايا ومفقودي ومصابي العمليات الحربية والإرهابية والأمنية وأسرهم.
  • تهدف التعديلات إلى تطوير منظومة الرعاية المقدمة للمصابين وأسر الشهداء ومعالجة المشكلات التي كشف عنها التطبيق العملي للقانون.
  • يتضمن مشروع القانون إلغاء القيد الزمني المرتبط بمرور سنة على الإصابة في الحالات التي قد تتطور إلى عجز جسيم أو وفاة.
  • طالب النواب بتحويل الصندوق إلى منظومة متكاملة للرعاية تشمل المتابعة الصحية والاجتماعية والتعليمية وتيسير الحصول المستفيدين على الخدمات الطبية.

شهدت الجلسة العامة لمجلس النواب، برئاسة المستشار هشام بدوي، اليوم، مناقشات موسعة حول مشروع القانون المقدم من الحكومة بتعديل بعض أحكام قانون إنشاء صندوق تكريم شهداء وضحايا العمليات الحربية
