معركة التصويت بالبريد.. إدارة ترامب تلجأ للمحكمة لاستبعاد 20 ألف صوت بكاليفورنيا

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

لجأت إدارة ترامب إلى المحكمة العليا لمنع ولاية كاليفورنيا من احتساب 20 ألف صوت عبر البريد بسبب شكوك حول جنسية الناخبين.
طالبت وزارة العدل بفصل الأصوات المشكوك في قانونيتها قبل دمجها مع الأصوات الصحيحة لتجنب صعوبة استعادتها لاحقا.
رفضت محكمة استئناف اتحادية طلب الإدارة سابقا، بينما اتهم المدعي العام لولاية كاليفورنيا التحرك الأخير بأنه محاولة لتقويض الانتخابات.
تستند الإدارة في تحركها إلى قائمة من وزارة الأمن الداخلي تشتبه في عدم استيفاء 20 ألف ناخب لشروط الجنسية اللازمة.

لجأت إدارة الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترامب، اليوم الاثنين، إلى المحكمة العليا الأمريكية، مطالبة بإصدار أمر قضائي عاجل يمنع ولاية كاليفورنيا من احتساب بطاقات ..
