مقترح لتحويل العدادات الكودية إلى قانونية.. الشروط والفئات المستفيدة

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

طرح مقترح لتحويل عدادات الكهرباء الكودية إلى قانونية للمواطنين الذين سددوا جدية التصالح بنسبة 25% من القيمة الإجمالية.
يهدف المقترح إلى تخفيف الأعباء المالية عن المواطنين وتشجيعهم على استكمال إجراءات تقنين أوضاع الوحدات السكنية المخالفة.
يتضمن المقترح تعديلات أخرى تشمل تمديد فترة التصوير الجوي وتحديد مدة فحص الطلبات وتسهيل التصالح على الشقق بشكل منفرد.
يشمل المقترح خصم 50% من قيمة التصالح للفئات الأولى بالرعاية وتبسيط إجراءات السلامة الإنشائية عبر تقارير مهندسين نقابيين.

عاد ملف التصالح في مخالفات البناء إلى الواجهة من جديد، مع طرح مقترحات تستهدف تيسير الإجراءات على المواطنين، وتسهيل تقنين أوضاع الوحدات السكنية المخالفة، بما يحقق التوازن
