“ملاذ للتأمين” توقع اتفاقية شراكة استراتيجية مع “الوطنية لخدمات الإسكان”

وقعت شركة ملاذ للتأمين التعاوني بتاريخ 14 يونيو الحالي اتفاقية شراكة استراتيجية مع الشركة الوطنية لخدمات الإسكان بهدف تنظيم ودعم إجراءات إصدار وثائق منتج تأمين أعمال المقاول للعيوب الكامنة (P-MLTH-1-B-25-061)، إلى جانب ربط الخدمات ذات الصلة بما يخدم المطورين العقاريين والمقاولين وملاك الوحدات العقارية.

وأوضحت “ملاذ للتأمين” في بيان على “تداول السعودية” اليوم الاثنين أن الاتفاقية لا تتضمن قيمة مالية محددة في الوقت الحالي، حيث تعتمد الأقساط المكتتبة المتوقعة على حجم الأعمال والوثائق التأمينية التي سيتم إصدارها بموجبها.

وأضافت أن مدة الاتفاقية سنة ميلادية واحدة تبدأ من تاريخ 14 يونيو 2026م، متوقعة أن ينعكس أثر مالي إيجابي على نتائج أعمال الشركة اعتباراً من الربع الثالث من عام 2026م.
