خصصت وزارة الإسكان 63 مليار جنيه لتطوير المناطق غير الآمنة وغير المخططة ضمن استراتيجية تحسين جودة الحياة.
أعلنت الوزارة عن الانتهاء من تطوير 342 منطقة من أصل 357 منطقة غير آمنة.
شملت المشروعات تنفيذ 246 ألف وحدة سكنية في 25 محافظة لتوفير بدائل سكنية ملائمة.
استفاد نحو 1.2 مليون مواطن من جهود تطوير المناطق وتوفير الوحدات السكنية البديلة.

لم تعد أزمة السكن في بعض المناطق المصرية مرتبطة بتوفير وحدة بديلة فحسب، بل امتدت إلى توفير بيئة عمرانية آمنة تضمن للمواطنين حياة أكثر ملاءمة، بعيدًا عن مخاطر المناطق غير الآمنة ومشكلات التخطيط العمراني، وفي هذا الإطار، استعرضت وزارة الإسكان والمرافق والمجتمعات العمرانية، خلال منتدى مصر 2026، نتائج جهود تطوير المناطق غير الآمنة وغير المخططة،.
