منسقية النازحين تعلن ارتفاع إصابات جدري القردة وسوء التغذية بجبل مرة

جبل مرة 1 يونيو 2026- أعلنت المنسقية العامة للنازحين واللاجئين في إقليم دارفور، الاثنين عن ارتفاع حالات الإصابة بمرض جدري القردة وسوء التغذية بين الأطفال في مناطق جبل مرة بولاية شمال دارفور، وحذرت من تدهور الأوضاع الصحية والإنسانية في تلك المناطق. وقال المتحدث الرسمي باسم المنسقية، آدم رجال، لـ «سودان تربيون»، إن عدد حالات الإصابة بجدري القردة بلغ 350 حالة منذ ظهور المرض في 16 مايو الماضي وحتى اليوم، في مناطق شرق جبل مرة، وتشمل جاو وسوني ودربان. وأبدى تخوفه من اتساع نطاق انتشار المرض إلى مناطق أخرى في حال عدم اتخاذ إجراءات عاجلة للسيطرة على الوضع الصحي. ويعتبر جدري القردة (Mpox) مرضاً فيروسياً نادراً نسبيًا وينتمي إلى نفس عائلة الفيروس المسبب لمرض الجدري المائي التقليدي (Poxviridae). وينتقل الفيروس من شخص لآخر عبر عدة طرق رئيسية منها: الاتصال الشخصي اللصيق، والرذاذ التنفسي، وملامسة الأسطح الملوثة. وتشمل أعراضه الحمى والصداع الشديد، وآلام العضلات والظهر، وشعوراً عاماً بالإرهاق والتعب، وتضخم الغدد الليمفاوية، وهو العارض الأساسي الذي يميز جدري القردة عن التقليدي. وتحدث رجال عن أن النازحين في الإقليم يعيشون أوضاعاً إنسانية معقدة، في ظل تراجع المساعدات الإنسانية في عدد من المخيمات، وعدم وصولها إلى المتضررين. وتوقع حدوث نقص حاد في الغذاء في أي وقت، نتيجة تراجع الإمدادات الإنسانية، في ظل انهيار الأوضاع …
