من التمليك إلى الإيجار.. تفاصيل خطة الإسكان الاجتماعي لتوفير السكن لمحدودي الدخل

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

  • نجح صندوق الإسكان الاجتماعي في تنفيذ أكثر من مليون وحدة سكنية للمواطنين منخفضي الدخل عبر إعلانات التمليك والإيجار.
  • يوفر الصندوق دعمًا نقديًا ومباشرًا يصل إلى 180 ألف جنيه، بالإضافة إلى دعم غير مباشر في تكاليف الأراضي والمرافق.
  • أطلق الصندوق برنامجًا جديدًا للإيجار يضم 15 ألف وحدة سكنية مدعمة بمساحات تتراوح بين 75 و90 مترًا مربعًا.
  • تستهدف مبادرة العمارة الخضراء توفير وحدات سكنية صديقة للبيئة لترشيد استهلاك الطاقة والمياه وخفض الانبعاثات الكربونية.
