من المعلم المساعد إلى كبير المعلمين.. اعرف قيمة الزيادة في مرتبك خلال العامين المقبلين

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

  • بدأت الحكومة تنفيذ خطة لزيادة رواتب المعلمين تدريجيا خلال العامين الماليين المقبلين.
  • تستهدف الخطة رفع رواتب المعلمين لتصل إلى 15 ألف جنيه خلال عامين.
  • تتراوح الزيادات المقررة بين 5 آلاف جنيه للمعلم المساعد و6 آلاف جنيه لكبير المعلمين.
  • تأتي هذه الخطوة تنفيذا للتكليفات الرئاسية لتعزيز التنمية البشرية وتحسين جودة التعليم.

بدأت الحكومة تنفيذ التكليف الرئاسي الخاص بتحسين أجور المعلمين بقطاع التعليم قبل الجامعي، تنفيذًا لتوصيات «منتدى مصر 2026»، من خلال خطة لزيادة رواتب المعلمين تدريجيًا خلال العامين الماليين المقبلين 2027/2028 و2028/2029، بما يسهم في دعم المعلمين وتحسين أوضاعهم المادية، وتعزيز جهود تطوير منظومة التعليم. وفي هذا الإطار، عقد محمد عبد اللطيف، وزير التربية والتعليم والتعليم.
