من النقل المجاني إلى تجميد الأسعار.. هل تفلح مبادرات بلدية طهران في تخفيف الأزمة؟

أطلقت بلدية طهران أربعة مشاريع تنموية تشمل مجانية النقل العام وتثبيت أسعار 12 سلعة أساسية وباقة معيشية للأمهات.
أثار مشروع تجميد الأسعار جدلاً واسعاً حول مصادر تمويله وقدرته على كبح التضخم الذي وصل لنسب عالية.
أكدت صحيفة تابعة للبلدية أن تمويل مشاريعها يعتمد على الشراء المباشر من الموردين وتخفيض هوامش الربح التجاري.
أثار خبراء ومستشارون تساؤلات حول شفافية الإنفاق البلدي ومدى تداخل مهام البلدية مع مسؤوليات الحكومة المركزية.

يؤكد إيرانيون أن المشاريع التي أطلقتها بلدية طهران تهدف لخفض كلفة النقل وكبح الضغط المعيشي ودعم الأسرة، في حين يرى آخرون أن المجانية وتجميد بعض الأسعار لا يعنيان التحكم في معدل التضخم.
