من خليج السويس إلى شرق المتوسط.. مصر تستعد لإطلاق أكبر مشروع لـ «المسح السيزمي» لاستكشاف الغاز

تستعد مصر لإطلاق أكبر مشروع للمسح السيزمي البحري في المياه المصرية بشرق البحر المتوسط باستخدام تكنولوجيا العقد القاعية البحرية.
يبدأ المشروع في 30 أكتوبر الجاري بالتعاون بين شركة إيجاس وتحالف شركتي إس إل بي وفيريدين لتوفير بيانات جيولوجية دقيقة.
يهدف المشروع إلى تحديد المناطق الواعدة للغاز الطبيعي وتقليل المخاطر والتكاليف المرتبطة بالعمليات الاستكشافية.
تشارك السفينة كوماندر في تنفيذ المرحلة الأولى من المشروع بمساحة 300 كيلومتر مربع في منطقتي دنيس ورأس البر.

تفقد المهندس كريم بدوي، وزير البترول والثروة المعدنية، السفينة «كوماندر» بميناء بورسعيد، الاستعدادات النهائية لإطلاق مشروع المسح السيزمي البحري في المياه المصرية بشرق البحر المتوسط. وجاء ذلك خلال جولة تفقديه اليوم، ومن المقرر بدء أعمال المشروع في 30 أكتوبر الجاري، باستخدام تكنولوجيا OBN الحديثة، في أحد أكبر مشروعات المسح السيزمي البحري من نوعه في المنطقة..
