من خيمة في دير البلح.. كيف يحاول “بنك صغير” إنقاذ الزراعة في غزة؟

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

أطلق مزارع غزي وابنته مبادرة بنك بذور محلي داخل خيمة في دير البلح لحماية التنوع الزراعي وتوفير بذور بلدية للمزارعين.
يهدف المشروع إلى إكثار وحفظ الأصناف المحلية المهددة بالاندثار مثل الشعير والجرجير والبامية بعد تدمير البنية التحتية الزراعية.
يعمل الفريق على فحص وتجفيف وأرشفة البذور يوميا لضمان جودتها وتوفيرها للمزارعين في ظل نقص الإمدادات الموثوقة.
تعد هذه المبادرة حاليا المبادرة المحلية الوحيدة الموثقة لبنك بذور في قطاع غزة لتعزيز السيادة الغذائية.

في خيمة بلاستيكية مؤقتة بمدينة دير البلح، يحاول بنك صغير إعادة بناء مخزونه من البذور المحلية المتوارثة، في خطوة قد تشكل نواة لاستعادة الزراعة المحلية والحفاظ على التنوع الوراثي للمحاصيل.
