من شراء الأجهزة بالتقسيط إلى السجن.. أحمد تركى يحذر من فخ إيصالات الأمانة للسيدات

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

حذر النائب أحمد تركي السيدات من مخاطر التوقيع على إيصالات أمانة عند شراء السلع بنظام التقسيط.
تؤدي هذه الممارسة إلى تحويل معاملة البيع والشراء إلى التزام جنائي قد يعرض المشترية للسجن بتهمة تبديد الأمانة.
طالب النائب الحكومة بوضع صيغة قانونية واضحة تنظم عقود البيع بالتقسيط لضمان حقوق الطرفين وتجنب المخاطر القانونية.

حذر النائب أحمد تركي، أمين سر لجنة الشؤون الدينية بمجلس الشيوخ، من لجوء بعض التجار إلى إلزام السيدات بالتوقيع على إيصالات أمانة عند شراء السلع بنظام التقسيط.
