من «مكة» إلى «بدر»: من يحمي الشرق الأوسط الجديد؟

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

وقعت قطر وتركيا وباكستان وإندونيسيا مذكرة تفاهم عسكرية متعددة الأطراف تحت اسم بدر لتعزيز التصنيع الدفاعي المشترك.
تأتي مذكرة بدر بعد شهرين من توقيع اتفاقية مكة للدفاع المشترك بين السعودية ودولتين من المنضمين للمذكرة.
تعكس هذه التحالفات الناشئة محاولة دول المنطقة للانتقال من استيراد الحماية الجاهزة إلى إنتاج أدواتها العسكرية والتحكم بقرارها الأمني.
تأتي هذه التحركات في ظل تزايد التهديدات الإقليمية وتراجع الاعتماد على الضمانات الأمريكية التقليدية في منطقة الشرق الأوسط.

وقعت دول قطر وتركيا وباكستان وإندونيسيا، أمس الأربعاء، مذكرة تفاهم عسكرية «متعددة الأطراف»، وسميت المذكرة «بدر»، حسب بيان وكالة الأنباء القطرية لأن «الدول الأربع تكمل بعضها»، وسيتم عبرها «استغلال قدرات كل دولة في مجال التصنيع الدفاعي»، كما أنها «ذات أهمية اقتصادية كبيرة» بتلبيتها احتياجات «الدول الحليفة والصديقة». وأشار الخبر إلى أن المذكرة مفتوحة لانضمام «دول […]
