من هرمز إلى البحر الأحمر.. ألمانيا تحذر إيران والحوثيين

دعا المستشار الألماني فريدرش ميرتس، الثلاثاء، إيران إلى إنهاء إغلاق مضيق هرمز ووقف برنامجها النووي، محذراً في الوقت نفسه من إبقاء الملاحة في البحر الأحمر رهينة بيد الحوثيين.

وجاءت تصريحات ميرتس خلال مؤتمر صحافي مشترك مع رئيس الوزراء العراقي علي فالح الزيدي، تناول ملفات أمن المنطقة والطاقة والملاحة، إلى جانب التطورات الداخلية في العراق.

وقال المستشار الألماني إن حرية الملاحة في الممرات البحرية يجب ألا تكون عرضة للتهديد، مؤكداً أنه “لا يجب جعل الملاحة في البحر الأحمر رهينة بيد الحوثيين”.

وفيما يتعلق بالعراق، قال ميرتس إن برلين تشجع الحكومة العراقية على “المضي بحزم في حصر السلاح”، في إشارة إلى الجهود الرامية إلى جعل الأسلحة تحت سلطة الدولة.

العراق: صادراتنا النفطية تضررت

من جانبه، أكد رئيس الوزراء العراقي علي فالح الزيدي أن بلاده بعيدة عن دعم “أي سياسة عدوانية في المنطقة”، في ظل التوترات التي تشهدها دول الجوار.

وكشف الزيدي عن انعكاسات مباشرة للوضع في مضيق هرمز على الاقتصاد العراقي، قائلاً إن مبيعات بلاده النفطية “تأثرت كثيراً” بسبب التطورات في المضيق.

ويكتسب هرمز أهمية خاصة بالنسبة للعراق، إذ تعتمد بغداد بصورة كبيرة على صادرات النفط في تمويل إيرادات الدولة، فيما تؤدي الاضطرابات في حركة الناقلات إلى زيادة الضغوط على عمليات التصدير والشحن.

وتأتي تصريحات ميرتس بشأن المضيق بالتزامن مع دعوات دولية متزايدة لضمان حرية الملاحة. وكان وزير الخارجية التركي هاكان فيدان قد أكد، في وقت سابق الثلاثاء، ضرورة السماح بحرية المرور عبر مضيق هرمز.

كما شهد الممر المائي خلال الأيام الماضية حوادث أمنية طالت عدداً من السفن، وسط جهود لإعادة حركة الشحن والطاقة إلى مستويات أكثر استقراراً.

خطة حصر السلاح في العراق تدخل

وفي الشق العراقي من المباحثات، حمل موقف ميرتس دعماً واضحاً لخطوات بغداد الرامية إلى حصر السلاح بيد الدولة.

وتأتي تلك التصريحات بعد إجراءات أمنية عراقية مشددة خلال الفترة الأخيرة، شملت ملاحقة الأسلحة والمنصات المستخدمة في هجمات عبر الحدود، إلى جانب تغييرات في بعض القيادات الأمنية وتعزيز انتشار القوات في مناطق حساسة.

وكانت بغداد قد شددت على أنها لن تسمح باستخدام أراضيها منصة لاستهداف دول الجوار، وأنها لا تريد أن تكون جزءاً من الصراعات الإقليمية.

وبينما ركز الزيدي على رفض العراق سياسات التصعيد وتأثير أزمة هرمز على صادرات بلاده، وضع ميرتس ثلاثة ملفات في صدارة موقف برلين، وهي إعادة حرية المرور في مضيق هرمز، ووقف البرنامج النووي الإيراني، ومنع الحوثيين من تهديد الملاحة في البحر الأحمر.
