موافقة على زيادة رأس مال “العربية للأنابيب” إلى 252 مليون ريال

وافقت هيئة السوق المالية على طلب الشركة العربية للأنابيب زيادة رأس مالها من 200 مليون ريال إلى 252 مليون ريال عبر توزيع أسهم منحة ورسملة 52 مليون ريال من الأرباح المبقاة.

وأفادت الهيئة في بيان اليوم الخميس أن الشركة ستمنح سهماً مجانياً مقابل كل 4 أسهم قائمة يملكها المساهمون المقيدون في سجل مساهمي المصدر لدى مركز الإيداع في نهاية ثاني يوم تداول يلي تاريخ الاستحقاق الذي سوف يحدد مجلس إدارة الشركة تاريخه في وقت لاحق.

وقالت إن الشركة سوف تسدد قيمة الزيادة في رأس المال عن طريق تحويل مبلغ 52 مليون ريال من الأرباح المبقاة، وبالتالي يزداد عدد الأسهم من 200 مليون سهم إلى 252 مليون سهم، على أن لا يتجاوز تاريخ انعقاد الجمعية العامة غير العادية ستة أشهر من تاريخ هذه الموافقة وعلى أن تستكمل الشركة الإجراءات والمتطلبات النظامية ذات العلاقة.
