موسم الزيتون في سوريا.. بين جودة المحصول وتقلبات الأسعار وآفاق التصدير

تتوقع وزارة الزراعة السورية إنتاج 955 ألف طن من ثمار الزيتون هذا الموسم نتيجة الأمطار الخريفية المواتية.
تتنوع أصناف الزيتون في سوريا بين صوراني وزيتي وقيسي وخضيري ودعيبلي ودان وجلط حسب المناطق الجغرافية.
يواجه المزارعون تحديات اقتصادية بسبب ارتفاع تكاليف الإنتاج ومكافحة الآفات الموسمية وتأثير المنافسة الخارجية على التصدير.
تعتمد جودة زيت الزيتون على معايير فنية دقيقة تشمل نسبة الحموضة وطريقة العصر البارد لضمان الحفاظ على الخصائص الغذائية.
