موظف كبير يوجه السباب للمواطنين في الشارع خلال حملة مرافق.. والحبس 6 أشهر في انتظاره

واجه نائب رئيس حي بالجوريز بالحبس 6 أشهر بتهمة السب والاعتداء على صاحب مقهى أثناء حملة لإزالة الإشغالات.
أظهر مقطع فيديو متداول مشادة كلامية حادة بين المسؤول وصاحب المقهى وتضمن ألفاظاً مسيئة واعتداءً بدنياً.
أكدت المصادر أن صلاحيات إزالة الإشغالات لا تمنح المسؤولين حصانة من المساءلة القانونية أو الإدارية عند تجاوزهم حدودهم.
أوضح قانون العقوبات عقوبات محددة لجرائم السب والقذف، بينما ينظم قانون الخدمة المدنية واجبات الموظف العام والجزاءات التأديبية.

أثار مقطع فيديو متداول بالجيزة حالة من الجدل، بعدما أظهر مشادة وقعت بين نائب رئيس حي وأحد أصحاب المقاهي، خلال مشاركته في حملة لإزالة الإشغالات، بسبب وجود كراسٍ خارج المقهى، في واقعة أعادت طرح التساؤلات بشأن حدود صلاحيات المسؤولين التنفيذيين في التعامل مع المواطنين، والضوابط القانونية والأخلاقية الحاكمة لأداء الموظف العام مهام وظيفته.
