موعد محاكمة سائق متهم بالقتل الخطأ لفتاة في الأزبكية

حددت محكمة جنايات القاهرة جلسة نوفمبر الجاري لمحاكمة سائق سيارة متهم بدهس فتاة في منطقة الأزبكية.
وجهت النيابة العامة للمتهم اتهامات بالقتل الخطأ والقيادة برعونة وإهمال تحت تأثير المواد المخدرة.
أثبت تقرير المعمل الكيمائي إيجابية عينات المتهم لتعاطي مخدر الآيس والحشيش.
اعترف السائق بارتكاب الواقعة والفر من موقع الحادث خشية المساءلة القانونية.

حددت محكمة جنايات القاهرة الدور الثاني من نوفمبر الجاري لنظر أولى جلسات محاكمة سائق سيارة بتهمة دهس فتاة أثناء عبورها الطريق بمنطقة الأزبكية مما أسفر عن وفاتها. ووجهت النيابة العامة إلى المتهم اتهامات بالقتل الخطأ والقيادة برعونة وإهمال تحت تأثير المواد المخدرة، وعدم مراعاة قوانين ولوائح المنظمة للمرور.
