مى عبد الحميد: دعم نقدى يصل إلى 180 ألف جنيه لمستفيدى الإسكان الاجتماعى

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

  • يصل الدعم النقدي لمستفيدي الإسكان الاجتماعي إلى 180 ألف جنيه للوحدة وفقا لمستوى دخل المواطن.
  • يوفر برنامج سكن لكل المصريين تمويلا عقاريا بفائدة ثابتة تبلغ 8% متناقصة على مدار 20 عاما.
  • تستهدف المرحلة الأولى تجريبية تنفيذ 20 ألف وحدة سكنية بالتعاون مع المطورين العقاريين.
  • يساهم إشراك القطاع الخاص في زيادة المعروض السكني وتوفير خيارات متنوعة للمواطنين من حيث سرعة التنفيذ ومستوى التشطيب.

تستعد وزارة الإسكان لتوسيع الشراكة مع القطاع الخاص لتنفيذ وحدات برنامج سكن لكل المصريين، مع تقديم دعم نقدي للمستفيدين يصل إلى 180 ألف جنيه، وفقًا لمستوى دخل كل مواطن.
