جسدت كلمة الرئيس السيسي في القمة الروسية الأفريقية الثالثة حنكة الدبلوماسية المصرية وقدرتها على صياغة معادلات متوازنة.
تضمنت الرؤية المصرية خمسة مرتكزات تشكل خريطة تدفق استثماري وصناعي متكاملة لتعزيز التعاون مع القارة السمراء.
أكدت تصريحات الرئيس السيسي على حزم الدولة في حماية الأمن المائي ورفض أي مساس بحصص مصر التاريخية.
تضمنت الكلمة تحذيراً من عسكرة الممرات البحرية ومطالبة صريحة بإعادة هيكلة المؤسسات الدولية لمنح أفريقيا مكانتها المستحقة.
