  • تهدف المذكرة إلى تسهيل سداد فواتير مياه الشرب وشحن العدادات مسبقة الدفع عبر تطبيقات وقنوات إلكترونية متعددة.
  • تأتي هذه الخطوة ضمن توجهات الوزارة نحو التحول الرقمي وتقليل الاعتماد على المعاملات النقدية لتعزيز الشفافية وكفاءة إدارة المتحصلات.
