نبيل فهمي: المياه قضية أمن إستراتيجي.. والدبلوماسية مفتاح لمنع الصراعات

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

أكد الأمين العام لجامعة الدول العربية أن الأمن المائي العربي يتطلب تعزيز العمل المشترك والدبلوماسية المائية لبناء الثقة وتجنب الصراعات.
أوضح أن المياه ترتبط ارتباطا وثيقا بالأمن الغذائي والطاقة والاقتصاد، مما يجعلها شرطا أساسيا لتحقيق السلام والتنمية المستدامة.
شدد على ضرورة الانتقال من إدارة الأزمات إلى الإدارة الاستباقية عبر تطوير تقنيات التحلية، وإعادة استخدام المياه، والابتكار التكنولوجي.
دعا إلى تحديث الاستراتيجية العربية للأمن المائي لمواجهة تحديات الجفاف وتغير المناخ من خلال برامج مشتركة وشراكات مع القطاع الخاص والجهات الدولية.
