نص أمر إحالة المتهم بسرقة مواطن بالإكراه وإجباره على توقيع إيصالات أمانة في أوسيم

أحال المتهمون بتهمة سرقة مواطن بالإكراه وإجباره على توقيع إيصالات أمانة إلى المحاكمة في قضية جنايات مركز أوسيم.
شارك المتهم الأول مع متهمة أخرى سبق الحكم عليها في واقعة الاعتداء على المجني عليه وإصابته.
أجبر المتهمون المجني عليه على إرسال مبالغ مالية إلى حساب المتهم الثاني والاستيلاء على هاتفه المحمول ومبلغ مالي.
استخدم المتهمون الضرب والتهديد لإجبار المجني عليه على توقيع سندات مديونية وإيصالات أمانة.

كشف نص أمر إحالة تفاصيل اتهام شاب بسرقة مواطن بالإكراه وإجباره على توقيع إيصالات أمانة، بالاشتراك مع متهمة أخرى سبق الحكم عليها، في دائرة مركز شرطة أوسيم بمحافظة الجيزة، وذلك في القضية رقم 10694 لسنة 2025 جنايات مركز أوسيم، والمقيدة برقم 5636 لسنة 2025 كلي شمال الجيزة.
