نقيب أطباء الأسنان يحذر من تفاقم أزمة الخريجين: آلاف الأطباء بلا تكليف

حذر نقيب أطباء الأسنان من تفاقم أزمة زيادة أعداد الخريجين وعدم قدرة سوق العمل على استيعابهم.
أشار النقيب إلى وجود آلاف الخريجين بلا تكليف مما يهدد مستقبلهم المهني ويزيد المنافسة.
طالب النقيب بتقليل أعداد المقبولين بكليات طب الأسنان بما يتناسب مع احتياجات سوق العمل الفعلية.
اقترح النقيب إقرار فترة تدريب عملي لمدة عامين لتأهيل الخريجين قبل ممارسة المهنة بشكل مستقل.
