نقيب المحامين: زيادة الاشتراكات جاءت بقرار من الجمعية العمومية

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

أكد نقيب المحامين أن قرار زيادة الاشتراكات السنوية جاء بموافقة الجمعية العمومية وليس بقرار منفرد من النقابة.
تضمنت قرارات الجمعية العمومية رفع الحد الأدنى للمعاشات وتعديل رسوم دمغة المحاماة وزيادة رسوم القيد بمعهد المحاماة.
أوضح النقيب أن الجمعية العمومية صوتت لصالح حزمة قرارات تشمل تحسين الخدمات المقدمة للمحامين وتطوير مشروع العلاج.
أكد نقيب المحامين على استمرار جهود إصلاح وتطوير العمل النقابي ومواجهة محاولات عرقلة هذه الخطوات.

عقدت النقابة العامة للمحامين، اليوم السبت، جلسة حلف اليمين القانونية للأعضاء الجدد، برئاسة الدكتور عبدالحليم علام، نقيب المحامين ـ رئيس اتحاد المحامين العرب، وذلك بمقر نادي المحامين النهري بالمعادي.
