نمو أرباح “موبايلي” الفصلية 8.5% إلى 901 مليون ريال

ارتفع صافي أرباح شركة اتحاد اتصالات “موبايلي” بنسبة 8.55% في الربع الثاني من 2026، إلى نحو 901 مليون ريال، مقارنة بنحو 830 مليون ريال صافي ربح في الربع الثاني من 2025.

وعلى أساس ربعي، ارتفع صافي أرباح “موبايلي” بنسبة 2.4% في الربع الثاني من 2026، مقارنة بصافي ربح نحو 880 مليون ريال في الربع الأول من 2026.

وأرجعت الشركة في بيان على “تداول السعودية”، اليوم الأحد، ارتفاع صافي الربح في الربع الثاني من العام الجاري على أساس سنوي، إلى عدة عوامل منها ارتفاع إجمالي الربح نتيجة للنمو في الإيرادات.

وارتفع إجمالي الربح بنسبة 8.5% ليصل إلى 2.845 مليار ريال في الربع الثاني من العام المالي 2026م بالمقارنة مع 2.623 مليار ريال للربع المماثل من العام السابق.

ويعود كذلك إلى ارتفاع الربح قبل خصم الاستهلاك والإطفاء وتكاليف المرابحة الإسلامية والزكاة (EBITDA) ليصل إلى 1.963 مليار ريال خلال الربع الثاني من العام المالي 2026م بالمقارنة مع 1.823 مليار ريال للربع المماثل من العام السابق وذلك بارتفاع نسبته 7.7%، ويعود ذلك إلى النمو في إيرادات الشركة.

كما ارتفع هامش الربح قبل خصم الاستهلاك والإطفاء وتكاليف المرابحة الإسلامية والزكاة (EBITDA margin) ليصل إلى 38.6% في الربع الثاني من العام المالي 2026م بالمقارنة مع 37.8% للربع المماثل من العام السابق.

وارتفعت الأرباح التشغيلية خلال الربع الثاني من العام المالي 2026م بنسبة 9.8% لتصل إلى 978 مليون ريال، بالمقارنة مع 891 مليون ريال في الربع المماثل من العام السابق، ويعود ذلك إلى نمو الربح قبل خصم الاستهلاك والإطفاء وتكاليف المرابحة الإسلامية والزكاة (EBITDA).

وارتفع صافي المصاريف الأخرى خلال الربع الثاني من العام المالي 2026م ليصل إلى 54.3 مليون ريال بالمقارنة مع 38.7 مليون ريال في الربع المماثل من العام السابق، نظرًا لانخفاض حصة الشركة في أرباح مشروع مشترك.

واستقر مصروف الزكاة وضريبة الدخل للربع الثاني من العام المالي 2026م مسجلًا 23 مليون ريال بالمقارنة مع 23 مليون ريال للربع المماثل من العام السابق.

وارتفع صافي أرباح “موبايلي” بنسبة 11.5% في النصف الأول من 2026، إلى نحو 1.78 مليار ريال مقارنة بصافي ربح نحو 1.6 مليار ريال في النصف الأول من 2025.
