نواب: تعديل قانون صندوق تكريم الشهداء يحقق التوازن بين توفير الموارد وحماية المستحقين

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

يناقش مجلس النواب مشروع قانون لتعديل أحكام صندوق تكريم شهداء وضحايا ومفقودي ومصابي العمليات الحربية والإرهابية والأمنية وأسرهم.
تهدف التعديلات إلى معالجة الأعباء المالية المتعلقة بالخدمات والمستندات الطبية وإعادة تنظيم ضوابط التعويض عن حالات العجز.
يتضمن المشروع إعفاء الخدمات والمستندات المقدمة من المنشآت الطبية الحكومية من الضريبة المقررة لصالح الصندوق.
يعدل القانون القيد الزمني المحدد بسنة واحدة لضمان عدم حرمان المستحقين من حقوقهم في حالات العجز الكلي أو الوفاة.

أكدت شيرين عليش، وكيل لجنة التضامن الاجتماعي بمجلس النواب، أن أهمية التشريع تتجاوز حدود العمل القانوني، لارتباطه بقيمة وطنية أصيلة تتمثل في الوفاء لمن قدموا أرواحهم ودماءهم فداء للوطن.
