  • فازت قاضية جنوب إفريقيا نافي بيلاي بجائزة نوبل للسلام لعام 2026 تقديراً لجهودها في تطوير النظام القانوني الدولي.
  • قادت بيلاي لجنة تحقيق دولية مستقلة أعدت تقريراً اتهم إسرائيل بارتكاب إبادة جماعية ضد الفلسطينيين في قطاع غزة.
  • انضمت بيلاي للمحكمة الجنائية الدولية لرواندا عام 1995 وأسهمت في إثبات أن العنف الجنسي يشكل جرائم ضد الإنسانية.
  • تجاهلت بيلاي هجمات رئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي نتنياهو وأكدت على ضرورة محاكمته بتهمة ارتكاب جرائم حرب في غزة.

اتسمت جائزة نوبل للسلام هذا العام بالعدالة، إذ انتصرت لقيم السلام بفوز قاضية جنوب إفريقيا نافى بيلاي، التى كانت فى طليعة الشخصيات التى بذلت جهودًا كبيرة لتطوير النظام القانونى الدولي، وبصفتها رئيسة لجنة التحقيق الدولية المستقلة التابعة للأمم المتحدة بشأن الأراضى الفلسطينية المحتلة، قادت بيلاى إعداد
