هترخص كلبك إزاي؟.. 3 شروط إجبارية في قانون الحيوانات الخطرة لازم تعرفها

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

  • يفرض القانون رقم 29 لسنة 2023 ضوابط محددة لتنظيم حيازة الحيوانات الخطرة والكلاب لحماية الصحة العامة.
  • تلتزم السلطة المختصة بإنشاء سجلات إلكترونية أو ورقية تتضمن بيانات الكلب وحائزه والتحصينات الوبائية.
  • يجب على حائز الكلب وضع علامة تعريفية تحمل رقماً مسلسلاً في رقبة الكلب بصفة دائمة فور ترخيصه.
  • يسمح القانون باستخدام وسائل تكنولوجية حديثة لتعريف الكلاب المرخص بها وفقاً لما تنظمه اللائحة التنفيذية.

حدد القانون رقم 29 لسنة 2023 بإصدار قانون تنظيم حيازة الحيوانات الخطرة والكلاب، عددا من الضوابط لتنظيم حيازتها، لحمايتها ورعايتها صحيا وغذائيا بما يحقق الحفاظ على الصحة العامة وسلامة المواطنين.
