هجرة الأطباء ونقص الكوادر.. هل تنجح حوافز الحكومة في تحسين أوضاع القطاع الصحي؟

  • أقر مجلس الوزراء مزايا مالية جديدة للأطباء والكوادر الطبية تشمل حافز أداء شهري ومكافآت إضافية لنوبتجيات السهر والمبيت.
  • تأتي هذه القرارات لمواجهة أزمة هجرة الأطباء ونقص الكوادر وتوفير بيئة عمل مناسبة تضمن استقرار الكفاءات الطبية داخل مصر.
  • أعلنت وزارة الصحة عن مستهدفات لزيادة حوافز العاملين بالقطاع الصحي بنسبة لا تقل عن 50% بحلول العام المالي 2029/2030.
  • أكدت نقابات المهن الطبية أن تحسين الأوضاع المالية والمهنية وتوفير الحماية القانونية والتدريب هما أساس استبقاء الكوادر الطبية.
