هدنة أوليشكي واجتماع أبوظبي.. تحركات دبلوماسية لاحتواء الحرب الروسية الأوكرانية

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

تمثل الهدنة المحدودة في مدينة أوليشكي إشارة إيجابية وخطوة مهمة في مسار التفاهمات بين روسيا وأوكرانيا.
سيجمع اجتماع أبوظبي مطلع الشهر المقبل ممثلين عن روسيا وأوكرانيا والولايات المتحدة لبحث المسارات الممكنة لإنهاء الحرب.
يهدف اجتماع أبوظبي إلى رسم الخطوط العريضة للتفاهمات المحتملة والاتفاق على آليات التحرك التدريجي نحو إنهاء الصراع.
يمثل المشهد الحالي نقطة تحول قد تؤدي إما إلى اتفاق تدريجي أو تصعيد عسكري أكبر في حال تعثر الجهود الدبلوماسية.

أكدت الدكتورة علا شحود، أستاذ العلوم السياسية، أن الهدنة المحدودة في مدينة أوليشكي تمثل إشارة إيجابية وخطوة مهمة في مسار الجهود الجارية للتوصل إلى تفاهمات بين روسيا وأوكرانيا، في ظل الاستعداد لعقد اجتماع رفيع المستوى في أبوظبي مطلع الشهر المقبل، بمشاركة ممثلين عن روسيا وأوكرانيا والولايات المتحدة وأضافت أستاذ العلوم السياسية، خلال مداخلة عبر قناة.
