هكذا سيحطم مخطط 2030 ما تبقى من اقتصاد تونس

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

يواجه المخطط التنموي التونسي 2026-2030 أزمة تناغم هيكلي بين الأهداف المعلنة والواقع الميداني المتمثل في نقص الموارد الخارجية.
أدى غياب الرؤية الاقتصادية الواضحة إلى بناء ميزانية 2026 على فرضيات نمو مفرطة التفاؤل وأسعار نفط غير واقعية.
تحول المخطط التنموي إلى تراكم كمي للمشاريع دون ربطها بقاطرة تمويلية حقيقية مما حوله إلى عبء تسييري وبيروقراطية تعيق الإنجاز.
تعاني التنمية الجهوية من غياب الاستقلالية المالية للجماعات المحلية، بينما تفتقر الإصلاحات المؤسسية لمعالجة العقبات البنيوية للبيئة الاستثمارية.

يفتقر المخطط التنموي التونسي (2026-2030) إلى الرؤية والتمويل، معتمدا أهدافا خيالية. وقد سقط في أول اختبار واقعي بميزانية عام 2027 التي خفضت توقعات النمو، كاشفة عجز الدولة عن تحقيق وعودها الاستثمارية.
