  • فشلت محاولة رئيس الوزراء البولندي فرض الأمر الواقع على المعارضة بشأن تعيين قضاة المحكمة الدستورية.
  • أدت تحركات الشرطة إلى تآكل شرعية المحكمة الدستورية وجعلت مظهر بولندا يبدو كجمهورية موز.
  • اتهم الباحث رئيس الوزراء بالرغبة في السيطرة على المحكمة قبل الانتخابات البرلمانية المقبلة.
  • دعا رئيس بولندا إلى عقد اجتماع طارئ لجميع القوى السياسية بهدف إعادة النظام الدستوري.

تسبب النزاع الذي انفجر يوم الجمعة الماضي في بولندا حول المحكمة الدستورية، في تعميق الانقسام السياسي إلى درجة تهدد بشل عمل مؤسسات الدولة وإدخالها في متاهات يصعب الخروج منها.
