هل ترتبط الساعة البيولوجية بالاكتئاب؟ دراسة تلحظ نمطاً لافتاً

كشفت دراسة جديدة عن ارتباط اضطراب الساعة البيولوجية بنمط من الاكتئاب لدى نحو 23 في المائة من المصابين.
يتميز المصابون بهذا النمط بنوبات اكتئاب أشد، وبداية مبكرة للمرض، واستجابة أقل لبعض أنواع الأدوية الشائعة.
أظهرت النتائج ارتباطات وراثية لدى هذه الفئة مع اضطرابات أخرى مثل القلق واضطراب ثنائي القطب.
يساعد تحديد هذه الأنماط في تحسين العلاج المستقبلي وتخصيصه للمرضى الذين يواجهون صعوبة في الاستجابة للأدوية التقليدية.

قد لا يقتصر الاكتئاب على الحزن وفقدان الاهتمام بالحياة بل قد تظهر علاماته أيضاً في اضطرابات النوم والإرهاق الشديد
