نفت المحكمة صحة ما أثير إعلاميا حول قيام إحدى المتهمات في قضية كرداسة بإعطاء مأمور القسم ماء النار.
أكدت المحكمة عدم ثبوت وجود ماء نار أو أي مادة كاوية في جوف أي من المجني عليهم.
أقرت المتهمة بضرب أحد المجني عليهم على وجهه بعد وفاته مما أدى لحكم عليها بالسجن المشدد لمدة 15 عاما.
وثق مقطع فيديو اعتداء أحد المتهمين على نائب مأمور القسم بآلة حادة مما أدى لوفاته.

أكد المستشار محمد شيرين فهمي، رئيس محكمة جنايات القاهرة الأسبق، أن المحكمة نفت في حيثيات حكمها ما أُثير إعلاميا بشأن قيام إحدى المتهمات في قضية كرداسة بإعطاء مأمور القسم ماء النار، ما أدى إلى وفاته، موضحًا أنه لم يثبت وجود ماء نار أو أي مادة كاوية في جوف أي من المجني عليهم. وأوضح فهمي، خلال.
