هل يتراجع ملف المناخ في أجندة الأمم المتحدة بعد نهاية ولاية غوتيريس؟

مع اقتراب نهاية ولاية انطونيو غوتيريش، يعود ملف المناخ الى واجهة النقاش الدولي. فغوتيريش جعل مكافحة التغير المناخي من ابرز اولويات ولايته، محذرا من مخاطر الانبعاثات ودور عمالقة النفط. وبالتزامن، تحذر الأمم المتحدة من تداعيات الظواهر المناخية، وبينها إل نينيو، على الصحة والمجتمعات. لكن هل يعكس تراجع حضور المناخ لدى بعض المرشحين لخلافة غوتيريش تراجعا في أولوية القضية داخل المنظمة؟ وهل يمكن أن يؤثر الموقف الامريكي من التغير المناخي في مواقف المرشحين لهذا المنصب؟ نناقش هذه الاسئلة مع شادن دياب، الباحثة الدولية في علم البيئة والمدربة المعتمدة في برنامج التمويل الاخضر للاتحاد الاوروبي.
