هل يجوز للزوجة الاستعانة بأموال طفلها المعاق في مصروفات المنزل؟.. أمين الفتوى يوضح

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

أوضح أمين الفتوى أن الزوج مسؤول شرعًا عن توفير احتياجات زوجته وأبنائه بالقدر الكافي.
يجب على الزوج البحث عن مصادر دخل إضافية إذا كانت مصروفات الأسرة تتجاوز دخله الحالي.
الأموال المخصصة للطفل المعاق يجب توجيهها لرعايته، وفي حال استعانت الزوجة بها لمتطلبات المنزل تعتبر ديناً في ذمتها.
يتعين على الزوجة رد المبالغ المستعارة من مخصصات الطفل بمجرد توفر المال في المنزل.

أجاب الشيخ حسن اليداك، أمين الفتوى بدار الإفتاء المصرية، على سؤال ورد من متصلة تُدعى حبيبة عبد الله، حول مسؤولية الزوج عن توفير احتياجات أسرته، وحكم استعانة الزوجة بجزء من الأموال المخصصة لطفلها المعا
