هل يحق لك الحصول على وحدة بديلة؟.. قانون الإيجار القديم يحدد 3 فئات مستحقة

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

  • يحدد قانون الإيجار القديم ثلاث فئات مستحقة للحصول على وحدات بديلة من الوحدات المتاحة لدى الدولة بنظام الإيجار أو التمليك.
  • تشمل الفئات المستحقة المستأجر الأصلي، ومن امتد إليه عقد الإيجار قانونا، وزوج المستأجر الذي امتد إليه العقد.
  • يتطلب الحصول على الوحدة البديلة تقديم طلب رسمي مع إقرار بإخلاء وتسليم الوحدة المستأجرة فور صدور قرار التخصيص.
  • تخضع عملية تخصيص الوحدات لقواعد وإجراءات مجلس الوزراء التي تنظم التخصيص وترتيب أولويات المتقدمين.

حدد قانون الإيجار القديم الفئات التي يحق لها التقدم للحصول على وحدة بديلة من الوحدات المتاحة لدى الدولة، سواء بنظام الإيجار أو التمليك..
