هل يمكن حسم حرب السودان عسكريا؟

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

توجد عوامل تدعم إمكانية الحسم العسكري للجيش السوداني كونه مؤسسة دولة نظامية تمتلك شرعية ومقومات استمرارية.
تواجه عملية الحسم العسكري عقبات كبرى منها طبيعة القتال داخل المدن المأهولة واتساع مساحة السودان وتعدد التشكيلات المسلحة.
يؤدي استمرار الحرب إلى تدهور الأمن الغذائي والبنية التحتية مما يطرح تساؤلات حول شكل الدولة القادمة.
لا يضمن الانتصار العسكري وحده إنهاء الحرب ما لم يقترن بتسوية سياسية وأمنية شاملة تعالج أسباب الصراع وتنهي تعدد الجيوش.
