«هيومن رايتس» تطالب الجيش السوداني بإخضاع منشقي الدعم السريع للمحاسبة

نيروبي 10 يونيو 2026 – دعت منظمة هيومن رايتس ووتش، الأربعاء، الجيش إلى محاسبة القادة المنشقين من قوات الدعم السريع على دورهم في الجرائم الخطيرة، مؤكدة أنه لا يجوز تقويض التزام الحكومة بالتحقيق في الفظائع عبر منح العفو. ومنح رئيس مجلس السيادة وقائد الجيش عبد الفتاح البرهان عفواً عن الحق العام لأي قائد أو مقاتل ينشق من الدعم السريع، دون أن تشمل هذه الحصانة القانونية الحق الخاص، لكن من الصعب تحريك دعاوى ضد المنشقين الذين يتمتعون بحماية الدولة. وقالت منظمة هيومن رايتس ووتش، في بيان، إنه “ينبغي للقوات المسلحة ضمان محاسبة قادة الدعم السريع الذين انشقوا وانضموا إلى الجيش، بمن فيهم قائدان انضما منذ أبريل 2026، على أدوارهم في الجرائم الخطيرة”. وأشارت إلى أن المحاسبة تتضمن التعاون مع التحقيقات الإقليمية والدولية المستقلة الجارية بشأن الجرائم الدولية الخطيرة في دارفور وأجزاء أخرى من السودان. وأفادت المنظمة بأن السلطات السودانية، بموجب القانون الدولي، ملزمة بالتحقيق مع المسؤولين عن جرائم الفظائع والانتهاكات الجسيمة الأخرى لحقوق الإنسان، وملاحقتهم قضائياً ومعاقبتهم. وشددت على عدم إمكانية تقويض هذا الالتزام من خلال أي عفو أو حصانة أو أحكام قانونية محلية أخرى تؤدي فعلياً إلى منح الإفلات من العقاب للمسؤولين عن هذه الجرائم بموجب القانون الدولي. وذكرت أن استخدام العفو لمنع المساءلة عن الجرائم الخطيرة، مثل الإعدامات خارج …
