ينذر فوز الديمقراطيين بأغلبية مجلسي النواب والشيوخ بعامين من الاستقطاب السياسي والمواجهة المستمرة مع الرئيس دونالد ترمب.
يواجه الديمقراطيون تحديات لإثبات قدرتهم على الحكم والحفاظ على ثقة الناخبين بعيداً عن مجرد معارضة ترمب.
